Biography /Liner Notes:

My name is Ron Rosman and I once was a member of a well known rock group in the 60's-70's:

Tommy James and the Shondells. I played keyboards and sang back-up.

I began playing music at a very early age and have played everything from country, to jazz ,to R & B, to rock, and now contemporary Christian. (Thanks Mom for your encouragement)

Due to the persistent prayers of my lovely wife,Maryann, I began going to church again and received the precious gift of salvation. I felt the Lord was calling me into a music ministry this time for His purpose and glory.

With the urgings of my wife and daughter, I began to play with several praise teams as a fill in keyboardist and doing back-ground vocals at Tri County Church, here in DuBois, PA. After doing this for several years, I was asked to be part of a new worship team at Treasure Lake Church in Dubois, Pa. This allowed me to use more of my music skills and I am still part of today.

While I am enjoying a position with Walmart Transportation, retirement is coming upon me soon. I thought, what better way to retire than to sing and play for my Lord, which led to this project.

It is only by the grace of my Lord and Savior, that we were able to put together this great collection of songs.

It is to my Lord that I humble myself in complete adoration; loving, worshiping and praising my Lord always. This is “My Offering”.

I want to express my sincere love and thanks to my wife, Maryann, for her consistent prayers, encouragement, and support during this entire project.

I want to thank my children; Jodie Ann, Shawn and Joshua and my grandchildren; Joey, Teage, Alexis, Elijah, Ethan, Abby, Mia, Gianna and Jacob for their faithful love and support to me always, I love you guys!

I also want to thank and appreciate Eddie Zgorecki ( alias Eddie Grey of Tommy James & The Shondells) who worked so many long hours in his studio, Micro-Sound, in Scottdale, PA. I could not have accomplished this project without his patience and engineering expertise. I also thank him for adding a terrific guitar line to Offering, and for his outstanding performances on Crystal Blue Persuasion as well. He also added his great falsetto voice to the harmonies in I Can Only Imagine and Man After Your Own Heart. Thank you, my friend and thanks to his wife Linda for all her support as well.

A special thanks to my son Joshua who added his vocal talent to Man After Your Own Heart , I Can Only Imagine, and Word Of God Speak. It was a true blessing and pleasure to have him be a part of our first solo project.

A special thanks to Tommy James for giving me permission to use the original track of Crystal Blue Persuasion on this project and for his continued support and encouragement.

Most importantly, I lift my heart and hands to God my father, thanking and praising him, allowing me the opprotunity to make “ music from my heart” amd I pray, in Jesus name, it will be a blessing to all who listen with their heart and ears.

To quote David in Psalm 92; 1-4 “How good it is to give thanks to you, O Lord, to sing in your honor, O most high God, to proclaim your constant love every morning and your faithfullness every night, with the music of stringed instruments and with melody on the harp. Your mighty deeds, O Lord, make me glad; Because of what you have done, I sing for joy!”Psalm 115:1 “To you alone, O Lord, to you alone and not to us, must glory be given, because of your constant love and faithfulness.”

May you be blessed by these selections and in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, always give thanks for everything to God the Father.
